Makati opens J.P. Rizal to two-way traffic for Holy Week

The Makati City government will allow two-way traffic along J.P. Rizal Street from March 23 to March 31 to accommodate religious activities in the community, it said on its website.

Makati Department of Public Safety director Hermenegildo San Miguel said J.P. Rizal will be opened to two-way traffic to allow the installation of kubols, or tableaus, in Barangay Poblacion as well as to give way to religious processions in the area.

Makati traffic enforcers will be deployed along affected streets to guid motorists.
