A Korean national was apprehended in Manila on Monday, in connection with the 2011 slay of Camille April Manaclay.
Manaclay’s body was found chopped into pieces in Calamba, Laguna on April 1, 2011.
Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Lim ordered that charges be filed against Kim Byunghuk, a.k.a. “Nick Kim”, for the killing of Manaclay, and the attempted murder of two others, the Journal reported.
