A Regional Police Intelligence Operations Unit raided a Mandaluyong residence and arrested a Korean national and a Filipino accomplice for hacking.
Arrested was 37-year old Yooun Nayong and 23-year old Carlo Dadulla.
According to the Journal, their place was raided for violation of Republic Act 8484 or the Access Device Regulation Act of 1998.
They men were alleged to have been bypassing Globe Telecommunications in the use of overseas calling.
