Despite all the problems they are facing now, former President and Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and former first gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo will still be spending some quality time together this Valentine’s Day.
Mr. Arroyo, who is facing two graft cases, will have some private time with Gloria, who is under hospital arrest while being tried for plunder, this Feb. 14 inside her room at the Veterans Memorial Medical Center. He also plans to give her 11 red roses (symbolizing their love) and one white rose (representing her purity).
“It will be a private dinner but I only have roses to give her,” Mr. Arroyo, who have been married to Gloria for 45 years now, told Philstar.
