Former Supreme Court Justice Isagani A. Cruz had died on Thursday. The 88-year-old constitutionalist succumbed to a lingering illness.
He was appointed to the High Court during the term of President Corazon C. Aquino. He retired in October, 1994, ABS CBN News reported.
