The Bureau of Immigration’s (BI) fugitive search unit has arrested a convicted American sex offender at Robinson’s Mall in Ermita, Manila.
Earl Lynn Bagley, 60, has an outstanding warrant of arrest issued by a US District Court in Washington in November 2012 for failing to report his whereabouts to federal authorities.
BI Acting Intelligence Chief Ma. Antonette Mangrobang added that the US State Department has already revoked Bagley’s passport.
The BI official noted that the American will be deported on account of him being an undesirable, overstaying and undocumented alien, the Journal reported.
