Immigration deports American national in “chop-chop lady” case

The Bureau of Immigrations (BI) announced on Monday that the American national responsible for the infamous chop-chop killing in San Juan in the 90s has been deported to the US.

Stephen Mark Whisenhunt was released from prison two months ago on account of his good behavior. However, authorities have deported him on Feb.28, two months after he was set free.

Whisenhunt was the owner of a car dealership in Pasig City and was in a relationship with Elsa Castillo. The American was convicted of killing her and then dismembering her body. The chopped up parts were recovered in different areas in the metropolis.

The Elsa Castillo “chop-chop lady” case was even made into a movie, ABS CBN News reported.
