Temperatures are literally rising in Metro Manila.
On Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Administration (Pagasa) recorded what is so far, the hottest recorded temperature in the metropolis: 34.8 degrees Celsius at 3:50 p.m. Tuesday
This was disclosed by the Chief Meteorologist at the Quezon City Science Garden, Marlyn Medina.
Interaksyon.com also reported that on March 20, Metro Manila recorded a temperature surge of 34.6 degrees Celsius.
However, the hottest temperature recorded in the country so far was 36.7 degrees Celsius in Tuguegarao, Cagayan on March 23.
