Five officials and a driver of courier company Aboitiz Inc are now the subject of a police manhunt after they carted of with 21 boxes of imported beef worth half a million pesos in Antipolo City.
Rizal City police did not disclose the names of the company officials, but positively identified them as from Aboitiz Inc, with offices at Domestic Road, Pasay City.
The development stemmed from a complaint from Manuel Sta. Cruz, owner of Frus Corporation of Multinational Village, Parañaque City who said the suspects took off with the produce from an ice plant in Antipolo, the Journal reported.
