As early as now, the Department of Public Works and Highways is asking the public for their understanding regarding the scheduled Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) rehabilitation.
Budgeted at PHP3.7 billion, the EDSA rehab project will start in May and will last for two years.
GMA News reported that besides re-asphalting, the project includes removing blockages in the drainage system and building elevated loading and unloading bus terminal platforms.
