Dermatologist Russel Fritz Saliganan was found dead inside her apartment in Cubao, Quezon City.
ABS CBN News reports that she sustained multiple stab wounds. Her body was discovered by a neighbor and immediately alerted the police. Police say there were no signs of forced entry in the apartment, so it is most likely that the victim knew her killer.
