A suspected cop killer has been shot dead in Pasay City on Friday night after figuring in an encounter with local police.
Pasay City police chief Rodolfo Llorca identified the deceased as Bello Tubat, a.k.a. Junior Asin who reportedly killed P02 Jose Salazar, in 2011.
According to GMA News, the incident occurred at 10 p.m. on Friday. Police tried to arrest the suspect, but he fired at the them, prompting the police to retaliate.
