A 22-year-old woman from NHA Housing, Merville Access Road, Pasay City, lodged a complaint at the Pasay City police against two cops who reportedly extorted money and molested her in exchange for her husband’s freedom.
The complainant requested anonymity when she filed a report against Police Officer 1 Castro and his alleged cohort, PO1 Marvin Panaga, both from Pasay Police Station 10.
The woman alleged that the rookie cops extorted money and molested her after the arrested her live-in partner, Raymond Ladera, for urinating in public. The two also accused him of possession of illegal drugs.
The woman pleaded to the cops to release her husband for Php40,000. However, when she was only able to borrow Php15,000 from neighbors, the rookie cops allegedly asked the complainant to come with them to the parking lot.
The two were asking for sex, but the woman of course refused. It was here that Castro reportedly fondled her while he masturbated inside the car at the precinct parking lot, the Journal reported.
