College grad and single mom half P60-M lotto prize

It looks like two people – a young man who just graduated from college and a single mom who owns a sari-sari store – will have a happy new year, after winning the almost P60-million lotto jackpot prize in the 6/49 Super Lotto 6/49 draw, according to Inquirer.

The two already claimed their winnings yesterday, Jan. 2, at the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office in Pasay City.

Interestingly, both of them spent just P20 each for their bets.

The 24-year old college graduate shared that he’s been placing bets for four years while the 31-year old single mother revealed that she’s been placing bets for the last 10 years.
