A coconut vendor was shot and then hacked by a fellow vendor in Tondo, Manila, last night.
ABS CBN News identified the deceased as Lolito Tarayo, who was shot in the head and then hacked by another coconut vendor, Jimmy Bombani.
Initial reports revealed that the two had an earlier altercation. Bombani is now the subject of a police manhunt.
