A Chinese national residing in Tondo, Manila was arrested by anti drugs unit of the Quezon City police in an entrapment operation on
Saturday afternoon.
Xiong Chen, 49, is now under police custody for being in possession of some P2-million worth of methamphetamine hydrochloride or “shabu”. He was caught after selling 500 grams of shabu to a police operative.
According to the Inquirer,police are trying to determine if Chen is part of an illegal drug syndicate operating in the area.
