Two of the complaints filed by journalist and TV personality Ramon Tulfo against celebrity couple Raymart Santiago and Claudine Barretto have been dismissed by the Pasay City prosecutor’s office.
On Thursday, the Court dismissed Tulfo’s complaints for attempted homicide and oral defamation. However, the court suggested that Santiago and his companion Eduardo Atillano be charged for slight physical injuries and grave coercion.
The resolution also noted that Barretto was cleared of the grave coercion complaint.
Ramon Tulfo’s complaint stemmed from an airport brawl which took place in May 6, 2012 at Ninoy Aquino International Airport’s Terminal 3. The incident which was caught on video and went viral, Inquirer News reported.
