Dr. Carlos Sioson sent one woman to the hospital after crashing his vehicle into five other cars on Wednesday morning. Adding to the intrigue, the Inquirer News is reporting that the good doctor had been attempting to inject antibiotic medication into his arm in the moments leading up to the collision.
He was released from custody without charges filed on the assumption that he will pay for all the damage caused.
