A one-year old baby died after falling into the Navotas River in Navotas City. Susana Garcia, the baby’s aunt, said that the baby must have fallen off her cot while they were sleeping in their home near the river.
When Garcia woke up, the baby was already in the river with her skin pale, GMA News reported.
