Thirteen-year-old Joseph Emmanuel, a 2nd year high school student from the Ateneo de Manila University died the other day after falling from the 12th floor of a condominium in Sta. Mesa, Manila.
The victim was seen playing atop the terrace of a unit and neighbors warned him about the dangers of falling.
Emmanuel was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival, the Journal reported.
