Authorities should really look into the number of accidents and deaths happening here and do something about it.
A woman was thrown off a motorcycle then run over by a public utility bus along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City on Monday morning.
According to ABS CBN News, a motorcycle with two passengers collided with a Viofel Transport bus, which was on full stop as it was unloading passengers along Commonwealth’s westbound lane. The impact threw the woman onto the middle of the road. There, she was hit by an approaching Safeway bus (TXP 835) resulting to her death.
The male motorcycle driver sustained injuries, but the Safeway bus driver fled the scene.
