For the second week in a row, a janitor working at the NAIA returned money and other valuables to its rightful owner. Richard Baybalon of General Trias, Cavite works as a janitor at the Bank of Commerce NAIA T1 Branch.
On Monday, he ran after a British tourist who left his pouch at the bank. Allan Stephen, a British tourist, had just converted his money at the bank and had left leaving the pouch.
Inside the pouch were AU$30,000, TBH 30,000, a digital camera and a mobile phone, the Journal reported.
