Effective March 15, the low cost carrier Airphil Express will be rebranded as PAL Express and will also be know as a full service airline.
PAL president Ramon S. Ang said the new PAL Express will be a full service carrier while keeping the low cost of its seats. PAL Express will still be operated by Airphil Express pilots and flight attendants, ABS CBN News reported.
