Another hostage drama took place in Caloocan City yesterday but was resolved amicably after six hours of negotiation with police authorities.
A man who was under the influence of alcohol held hostage his two children and former live in partner in Barangay 176 in Caloocan City.
According to reports, the man flipped out when he heard that his live in partner was already living with a different man.
He was charged with alarm and scandal and for carrying a bladed weapon, GMA News reported.
