Two suspected victims of summary execution were discovered in two different locations in Novaliches, Quezon City on Tuesday.
According to GMA News, the bodies of the two men had strangulation marks. Both were also bound, while the other’s face was wrapped in packaging tape.
The first body was found at Waling Waling street in Barangay Sauyo at around 4:30 a.m. while other was found at around 6 a.m.
Local village officials said the victims did not look like anyone they knew, so it was most likely that the bodies were killed elsewhere and just dumped there.
