A taxi driver turned turtle along East Avenue in Quezon City, injuring both passenger and driver.
ABS CBN news reports that the taxi, driven by Delfin Lasaga, was supposedly speeding and rammed the road center island then turned over twice.
Lasaga was reportedly driving under the influence. The passenger, Jason Pacayga, sustained minor injuries.
