A 12-vehicle smashup at the southbound lane at the EDSA- Guadalupe area has injured at least four people and slowed traffic to a crawl over the weekend, the Metro Manila Development Authority said.
According to GMA News, the accident involved a gas tanker, nine cars, a container van and a public utility bus. This resulted to the tail end of the southbound traffic extending all the way to the EDSA-Ortigas Avenue intersection.
