Newly built flood wall in Tondo collapses

If it’s new, then why is it already falling apart?

“On Sunday, May 4, construction worker Randy Paz, was rushed to the hospital after the newly constructed flood wall in Casilik Creek in Juan Luna Bridge in Gagalangin, Tondo in Manila collapsed,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

According to Jimboy Fuentes, the foreman in the construction site, Paz and some other workers had just removed the frames supporting the flood wall prior to his inspection when the mishap traspired.

The wall was reportedly finished on Saturday, May 3.

So, other than the wall, what gives?
