NBI seizes fake Bulgari, Burberry, and Chanel products in Quiapo and Binondo

As if there weren’t too many fakes in the world already.

“National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents recently seized fake Bulgari, Burberry, and Chanel products worth PHP67 million have been seized by from three shopping malls in Quiapo and Binondo in  Manila,” reports Erika Sauler in Philippine Daily Inquirer.

The report noted: “The NBI Intellectual Property Rights Division (IPRD) conducted raids on various stalls at 168 Shopping Mall and 999 Shopping Mall in Binondo, and at the Plaza Miranda Shopping Mall in Quiapo based on a search warrant issued by the Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 46.”

The NBI said they are now gathering more evidence for the filing of charges against the stall owners.
