We’re hoping the baby is found as soon as possible.

“The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is now investigating the abduction of a newborn baby boy in a hospital in Quezon City last Sunday, March 8,” reports Leonard D. Postrado in Tempo.

According to NBI-Anti Organized Transnational Crime Division chief Manny Eduarte,  the baby’s parents, Ronel and Glenda Salvador, sought their help after their son went missing three days after he was born at the Dr. Montano Ramos General Hospital.

The baby was reportedly taken by a woman who pretended to be a doctor. The woman who took the baby was described as around 5’1″ tall, of medium build, with fair complexion, and around 28 years old.

Eduarte they are now looking at closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera footage from the hospital.

Meanwhile, a GMA News Online report revealed that the owner of the hospital, Dr. Montano Ramos, has alleged that the abduction of the baby was orchestrated by the Salvadors because they could not pay their bill. The family has denied this accusation.
