NAIA ‘computer glitch’ leads to passengers standing in line for 2 hours

So, here’s one of the ways that it lives up to its name as the world’s worst airport.

“On Monday, April 14, thousands of annoyed passengers at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1 queued for almost two hours just to be cleared at the immigration counters,” reports Raoul Esperas on ABS-CBNnews.com.

It was later learned that the Bureau of Immigration’s computer systems conked out around 9am, leading to the snail’s pace scanning of passports.

The passengers had no choice but to suffer.

The computer glitch is expected to be sorted out as soon as possible. Until that actually happens, though, the suffering continues.
