“Lawrence Panganiban, an employee of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court (RTC), was shot dead in Barangay Bayanan, Muntinlupa City on Friday, May 9,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
A gunman shot Panganiban in Purok 4, San Guillermo. He died on the spot.
Some witnesses were most likely able to give information to the police and a manhunt operation has been launched against the gunman.
Police are still trying to figure out the motive for the murder.
