Two would-be motorcycle thieves were arrested in Muntinlupa City after they had the bad luck of trying to steal a bike parked in front of a policeman’s house.
Police Officer 3 Roberto Valderama was fixing the gutter along the roof of his house earlier this week when he noticed a tricycle park across from his house. Valderama saw one man get off and jam a knife in the ignition of a parked Suzuki Shogun to try to start it.
Valderama then climbed down from the roof and arrested the two.
Senior Superintendent Roque Vega, Muntinlupa police chief, identified the alleged thieves as William Morales and Willy Veranga, Abante reports.
