You can find the New Bilibid Prisons there but, apparently, Muntinlupa has the lowest crime rate among the cities within the jurisdiction of the National Capital Region Southern Police District.
“Muntinlupa had 10,339 reported cases, followed by Las Piñas (10,910), Makati (15,634), Parañaque (16,561), Pasay (17,410), and Taguig (22,593). Meanwhile, the municipality of Pateros, which is also under the same jurisdiction, had 1,510 cases,” reports Manila Standard Today.
This, however, isn’t such good news to Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi, who said, ““This means more than 10,000 cases of reported crime have affected lives in one way or another. We must aim for zero crime and a city that is truly safe, peaceful, and orderly.”
We gotta agree with the man. Zero is a much better number in this case.
