MRT train loses power near Santolan station

“Yet another Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) train stalled near the EDSA-Santolan station and ended up being pushed by another train towards Trinoma station at around 4:15pm on Friday, August 15,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

The train passengers were unloaded, of course.

The report noted: “The incident comes just two days after one MRT train crashed through a barrier at the Pasay Taft station after being uncoupled from a second train that was pushing it to the station.”
