Operations of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) were disrupted twice on Thu morning, Jul 23.

The first incident occurred at 5:30am, where southbound passengers were told to get off the train at the Santolan station due to low power supply.

MRT officials said a low power supply may affect the train’s brake system.

The second incident occurred at around 8:30am, where passengers had to get off at Cubao southbound station due to a technical problem observed between Kamuning and Cubao stations.

On Wed, Jul 22, MRT operations were disrupted twice as well. —from a report by Robert Mano, dzMM
