Yes, this is yet another technical problem.
“The Metro Rail Transit (MRT) is experiencing problems anew, this time due to flooding in its tracks,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
The report cited MRT spokesperson Atty. Hernando Cabrera, who revealed that “as of 2:05 p.m. Wednesday, MRT trains will only run from North Avenue Station to Shaw Boulevard Station and back as tracks between Ayala and Buendia Stations are flooded.”
Thankfully, Cabrera later announced that the MRT-3’s “full line operations were restored at around 4:36pm.”
