It’s not enough to have a helmet.
“At around 3am on Wednesday, May 14, Paul Joseph Ignacio, fell off his motorcycle and died after being sideswiped by a trailer truck along Mindanao Avenue in Quezon City,” reports dzMM correspondent Johnson Manabat on ABS-CBNnews.com.
According to investigators, Ignacio’s helmet was found several meters away from his body. The report said that this meant Ignacio was probbaly not wearing the helmet when the crash occurred.
The report said that “the truck and its driver were nowhere to be found after the accident.”
