Tatay, bakit nga nagka-ganyan?
When folk singer Freddie Aguilar, born 1953, took his much-talked about relationship with a 16-year-old girl to the next level, his detractors stepped up their efforts as well.
“The lawyer who earlier filed a qualified seduction complaint against Freddie Aguilar is now accusing the folk singer of committing child abuse for having a relationship with a minor,” reports Philippine Star.
Lawyer Fernando Perito asked the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office to upgrade the qualified seduction case he filed earlier to child abuse, following singer and his lover Islamic marriage rites in Maguindanao last week.

Two other concerned citizens, Peter Sesbreño and Christine Joy Bangalisan, joined Perito’s cause and accused the teenager’s parents of corrupting a minor by allowing their daughter to be married off to the 60-year-old Filipino folk musician.
