ABS-CBN News correspondent Niko Baua shared a photo via Twitter of Avenida a.k.a. Rizal Avenue in Manila that he took sometime past 1pm today, Mon, Sep 7. He expressed that he was pleasantly surprised to see that the place was not overrun by vendors and their stalls. We say it look damn good.
