This coming Feb 25, we’ll be marking the 28th anniversary of the EDSA I 1986 People Power Revolution. But it’ll be just like any other day…in terms of traffic rules, at least.
“The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is not lifting the number coding scheme on Tuesday, saying that vehicles with plate numbers ending in 3 and 4 are still barred from major roads tomorrow, except during the windows hours of 10am to 3pm,” reports Mary Rose A. Hogaza in the Manila Bulletin.
The report also said that “Malacañang said work is not suspended on February 25 either.”
