On Tuesday, April 29, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced that the number coding scheme will be lifted on Thursday, May 1, Labor Day. This, the MMDA says, applies to all Metro Manila cities.
Unless, of course, you live in a city that doesn’t follow MMDA rules.
