The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has deployed 2,300 personnel to assist motorists as part of its Oplan: Metro Alalay Semana Santa (Oplan MASS).
Of this number, 1,627 were deployed as traffic constables while others were assigned to the mobile patrol unit, motorcycle unit, road emergency group, metro parkway clearing group, and sidewalk operations clearing group.

MMDA also reminded motorists to plan their trips early so as not to be affected by the road projects and re-blocking that will start Thu, April 2 at 12:01am and run until noon on Sun, Apr 5.
