The Bureau of Immigration has placed four key players in September’s three-week Zamboanga siege in its lookout bulletin.
In a statement, BI officer-in-charge Siegfred Mison instructed all Immigration officers to stop Nur Misuari, Ustadz Habier Malik, Bas Arki and Assamin Hussin from leaving the country.
The four are facing charges of rebellion, and violations of the crimes against humanity over when the Misuari-led faction of the Moro National Liberation Front attempted to take over Zamboanga City.
They also cost taxpayers at least P150-million.
