What happened to her?

“The search for Delia Abainza — a 49-year-old woman who went missing last week — ended after her decomposing body was fished out of Manila Bay on Tuesday afternoon, February 24,” reports Rey Galupo in The Philippine Star.

Two fishermen found Abainza’s body floating in waters off Navotas.

According to the police, Abainza was identified by her partner, Rolando Albesa, at a funeral parlor.

Albesa related to Police Officer 3 Ronnie Garan that Abainza left their house in Barangay North Bay Boulevard South early Sun morning, Feb 22.

The report said that “investigators have yet to rule out foul play in Abainza’s death.”
