Miriam says Benhur Luy’s pork scam list ‘more credible’

We didn’t think of it this way, but there’s a good chance that she’s right about this.

“With at least three people—Justice Secretary Leila de Lima, former senator Ping Lacson, and whistleblower group leader Sandra Cam—claiming they have a copy of Janet Lim Napoles, Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago said the Senate should receive whistleblower Benhur Luy’s list,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

Santiago declared that she believes Luy’s list is more “definitive and substantiated” compared to the “spurious documents that are inadmissible in evidence” claimed by the three. Luy is said to have copied the file from a laptop of Napoles.

In a letter to Senator Teofisto Guingona III, Santiago said: “It appears to me, as a former RTC judge, that each person claiming to have a list might be acting in concert as attack dogs, for one or all three senators indicted for plunder.”
