Let’s tell it like it is: A lot of mentally strained individuals filed their Certificates of Candidacy (COC) for President last week. From the guy who wanted to legalize winter, spring, summer, and fall in the Philippines to the guy who thinks the world of himself. It became evidently clear that almost anyone could file a COC for President. Heck, we all could have filed our COCs for President.
That’s why whoever did this meme deserves a medal.
Clearly, aspiring security guards are required to uphold higher standards than wannabe Presidents.
