“Malcolm Zeus Limbro, 22, a masseur who doubles as drug dealer in Makati City finally fell into the hands of anti-narcotics agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) during a recent buy-bust operation,” reports Francis T. Wakefield in Manila Bulletin.
Tagged as “a high-value target drug personality,” Limbro was cornered at parking area of a popular fast food chain in J.P. Rizal, Makati City. At that time, he had a brick of marijuana hashish weighing approximately 100 grams.
