While a jeepney driver and a lawmaker’s son prepare to face off in court over a traffic dispute, one taxi driver has begun the process of hauling actor Mark Herras’ ass to court.
Salvador Ogdiman, 42, filed a complaint on Tuesday at the Quezon City prosecutor’s office, where he charged Herras and three companions of attacking him after their vehicles almost collided last month, reports Janvic Mateo in Philippine Star.
Ogdiman claimed Herras and his pals punched him one after the other as they cursed at him.
Herras has pinned the blame on the taxi driver and, by all indications, is willing to give the man his day in court.
