People’s Champ Manny Pacquiao just made someone’s dream come true.
True to a promise he gave last week, the boxer-cum-senator gave an ice cream vendor his own home over the weekend.
Pacquiao gave the vendor, identified only as “Lino,” and members of the media a tour of the house on Saturday. A video of the tour, showing Pacquiao sitting on one of the cushioned seats, was also posted by his assistant Jen Manilay.
Manilay hasn’t divulged where the house is located but said that she’s familiar with Lino because she usually buys ice cream from him on her way to work.

Last week, a post by Manilay went viral, which showed Pacquiao promising to give Lino his own house.
It happened after a chance meeting between the two, where the ice cream vendor said that he did not have his own house and was just renting a place. He also mentioned that he had suffered a stroke and had three children he could not afford to send to school.
Pacquiao, moved by what the vendor said, reportedly gave him PHP30,000 (US$57.15) on top of the free house and lot.
Oh, to have luck on your side.
